Returns Policy

By completing a purchase on GraphikTraffik.shop, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• •Once payment has been processed and confirmed, the transaction is final and irrevocable.
• •Graphik Traffik reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse any refund request, regardless of the reason for such request.
• •No refunds will be issued for change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, color preferences, or any other customer-initiated reasons.
• •Payment processing fees, transaction charges, or any other associated costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

A payment transaction is deemed "completed" and "final" upon receipt of confirmation from our payment processor or financial institution, regardless of whether the order has been shipped, processed, or delivered. The moment payment is successfully processed, you waive any right to seek a refund, chargeback, or reversal of the transaction.

Graphik Traffik shall not be liable for any delays, errors, or issues arising from payment processing systems, banking institutions, or third-party payment gateways. Any disputes regarding payment processing must be resolved directly with your financial institution or payment provider.

Notwithstanding the foregoing no-refund policy, Graphik Traffik may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider alternative remedies on a case-by-case basis, including but not limited to:

• •Product replacement for items that are defective, damaged during shipping (where such damage is attributable to Graphik Traffik's negligence), or materially different from the product description at the time of purchase.
• •Store credit or exchange vouchers, which may be issued at Graphik Traffik's sole discretion and are subject to separate terms and conditions.

Any such discretionary remedy is not a right and does not create any obligation on the part of Graphik Traffik. The decision to provide any alternative remedy rests entirely with Graphik Traffik and may be revoked or modified at any time without notice.

In the event that you receive a product that is defective, damaged (where such damage occurred during shipping and is attributable to Graphik Traffik's negligence), or materially different from the product description provided at the time of purchase, you must notify Graphik Traffik within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the product.

Notification must be made in writing via email to hello@graphiktraffik.shop and must include:

• •Order number and purchase date
• •Detailed description of the defect or damage
• •Photographic evidence of the defect or damage

Graphik Traffik will review such notifications and, at its sole discretion, may offer a replacement product or alternative remedy. No refund will be issued under any circumstances, even for defective or damaged products.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, order cancellation is not permitted. All orders are considered final and binding upon payment confirmation.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact Graphik Traffik immediately via email at hello@graphiktraffik.shop before the order enters the fulfillment process. However, Graphik Traffik makes no guarantee that cancellation requests will be honored, and no refund will be issued even if cancellation is accepted.

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or transaction reversal through your financial institution or payment provider constitutes a breach of this Policy and may result in:

• •Immediate suspension or termination of your account
• •Permanent ban from future purchases on GraphikTraffik.shop
• •Legal action to recover any amounts disputed, including associated fees and costs

By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute except in cases of actual fraud or unauthorized use of your payment method, which must be reported immediately to both your financial institution and Graphik Traffik.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Graphik Traffik's liability for any claims arising from or related to purchases made on GraphikTraffik.shop is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. Graphik Traffik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

The no-refund policy set forth herein is a fundamental term of the purchase agreement, and by completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have been made aware of this policy and agree to be bound by it.
